Photos from "Messing about by the River" 2008

One of the few dry days in 2008 saw a great turnout for the inaugural "Messing about by the River" family day. 150 plastic ducks were decorated and sent down the river towards the Mill. After which "The Hook a Duck" competition took over with 27 bamboo fishing rods attempting to get a bag the lucky yellow duck. Add glass blowing classes, giant water slide, grass maze and great Mill food and it was a day to remember.
